We believe that you deserve options when it comes to styling and selling your property as everyone’s needs are different. Our help in selling your property does not stop once we have finished styling your home as we offer a property marketing support package to value-add your already styled home.

This service is of particular assistance if you are located a distance from the property or simply don’t have the time to ensure the property looks great during open homes and private inspections.

Stunning magazine styled photography

We can provide wide angle, interior shots, exterior shots, vignettes, hi res and low res files. All supplied within 24 hours of the styling.

Detailed floor plans

Measured up on the day of installation and supplied within 24 hours by a qualified architect.

Lawn and garden maintenance

If you have a vacant home, you’re not always there to see the condition the property is in. We can schedule lawn mowings during the marketing campaign and tie them in with open homes to ensure buyers see a trimmed and neat exterior upon arrival.

Facebook marketing

Promoting your property through our social media channel to our dedicated followers. Plus, for a small investment, we can promote the post and reach an additional audience of up to 18000 people.

Pre-open home inspections

As part of our furniture hire packages, we’ll liaise with your agent on Saturday open homes and arrange inspections to ensure everything is perfect when buyers inspect your property. We will turn on lights, ensure the front path is clear and put on some music as well as checking bedding, cushions, accessories and artwork are all picture perfect.

Pre-open home inspections can be arranged for properties during weekdays on request.

NOTE: This service only applies to properties within 20 minutes of the CBD unless otherwise organised.

Fresh flowers

Shift Property Styling can arrange fresh flowers on the day of our styling and maintain these for you during the sales campaign to ensure they are bright and welcoming. These beautiful arrangements will be added to key rooms to give fresh colour and instant buyer appeal to the rooms.

But if you would prefer not to have the optional extra of fresh flowers and pre-open home inspection, don’t worry, you’ll still have access to our extensive range of artificial flowers and stems as part of the standard package offering.
