We styled four bedrooms in this property (two using the vendor’s ensemble and single bed to help bring the cost down) as well as the formal and casual dining and the lounge room. An invest of just over $3k in furniture styling and a few thousand on flooring saw a substantially higher than expected price achieved in a short period of time.

The property we styled was a display home for the remaining apartments that were to be sold off the plan. The styled apartment was built so buyers could get a sense of space, scale and finish in what the remaining apartments would look like. The results were fantastic with over half sold off the plan very quickly. Needless to say, the builder and the agent were very happy.
