About This Project

This impressive architecturally designed home was vacant and needed to go on the market. The owners had left for their new home but didn’t want low offers coming through because the home was empty so Shift were called in to create an amazing space for buyers.

We transformed each zone into a specifically targeted room that had purpose, space and function. Our job is to ensure that each room is realistically portrayed so buyers could see themselves living in the home.

The result was fantastic, with a sale going through within a few weeks of styling.

The client wrote of the experience:

I recently worked with Adam from Shift Property Styling who helped us furnish our newly renovated unit in Sandy Bay. What an amazing experience it was working with Adam. Adam is extremely professional and he went out of his way to meet our needs and complete the work brief we gave him. This was not an easy task given we do not live in Australia and all communication had to be done remotely. The end result speaks for itself – our unit is beautifully furnished even down to the crockery in the kitchen and it is exactly what we wanted.

I can’t thank Adam enough for his impeccable service and dedication to the job. He worked tirelessly to furnish our property to a very high standard and in a short period of time. I would not hesitate to recommend using Shift Property Styling to others.
