What type of properties can you style? 

We house a versatile range of stock that can suit any type of property, from a brand new modern build, 80’s bungalow to a traditional Battery Point home. We approach each home individually, no two homes are the same, so neither is our styling. With our stock being in constant rotation, it is guaranteed that what we style for your home, will be perfect for your home.

How long does it take?  

On install day, our experienced logistics crew and stylists will be able to install the furniture within 2 to 3 hours. Our team is highly professional in our approach and will handle your home with care. Additionally, this allows the marketing photos to be taken on the same day.

How much does it cost?  

Each home is different. We price based on the number of rooms, travel times, accessibility.

The price includes a 6 week rental hire period, which you can extend as required. We offer a fantastic Pay Later option, which requires no deposit and no payment for 180 days.

Do I get money back if my home sells during the hire period?  

Our job is to prepare your home for market, once it launches to market, our part of the process is complete. Our fee is based off of the styling itself, rather than how long it is placed in your home. If your home sells during the 6 weeks, we will remove the furniture from your home and you can celebrate a successful sale!

Do I have to be involved?  

We’ve got you covered, we handle everything. As the home needs to appeal to mass market, our styling needs to attract potential buyers. Our sales team and highly skilled stylists will develop a concept that suits your properties character. All your need to do is hand over the reigns.

What if I don’t like how its styled?  

We offer a 100% styling guarantee. That means, should you not be completely satisfied with the work we perform on your behalf, we’ll continue to work with you at no further charge until you are. Simply let us know any issues or concerns within the first 48 hours after the project has been completed and we’ll address them with you to ensure you are completely satisfied, it’s that simple.
