Completed in 2020, the home was designed by architect Peter Liddington and built by Benik Constructions. It is a beautiful example of contemporary Tasmanian architecture. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the soaring cathedral ceilings to the premium finishes throughout, creating a home that feels both sophisticated and effortlessly connected to its natural setting.

When styling the home for market, our inspiration came directly from its Fern Tree setting. We embraced a bold native colour palette, layering rich textures, organic materials, and carefully curated furnishings to complement the warmth of the timber finishes rather than compete with them. The styling was designed to celebrate the home’s architectural features while creating inviting, lived-in spaces that reflected the relaxed Tasmanian lifestyle.
After an earlier sales campaign did not achieve the desired result, the home was professionally styled by Shift and reintroduced to the market. The transformation captured buyers’ imaginations, and the result spoke for itself. The home sold within just eighteen days of re-listing, demonstrating the powerful impact thoughtful presentation can have.
