Furniture for all budgets
We can either work to your budget or provide a detailed quote on locating and accessing durable, quality furniture that can be delivered and installed at your investment property or Airbnb rental ready for your new tenants or guests to move into and enjoy.
We can access a range of furniture to suit your budget, including near new ex-rental stock from our own inventory of managed stock or brand new furniture from our range of reliable suppliers. We can cater to your specific taste or requests to make sure your property is fully furnished the way you want it.
Linen service
We can source and provide all linen in the property including quilts, quilt covers, pillows, pillow cases, sheets, mattress protectors, electric blankets, throw rugs, blankets and towels. Everything you need to have a wonderful space for your tenants or guests to enjoy.
We can quote on providing all these items as part of the furniture pack and will organise hospitality standard mattresses to be delivered and installed.
Alternatively, we can arrange for hire linen to made available to you when we are completing the installation of furniture.
Kitchenware/cleaning items
Not only can we furnish your investment or Airbnb property, we can arrange all cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils and household cleaning items and have them sorted and ready in drawers for your tenants or guests. Everything you would expect right down to tea towels and potato peelers!
This solution allows a turnkey approach to value adding your investment property or holiday let.

Accessories and artwork
Would you prefer your investment property or Airbnb rental had a stunning range of artwork and accessories as part of your package? We can arrange all styling accessories to give your property that extra wow to attract premium tenants and guests to make them feel at home.
This includes items such as beautiful hand curated artworks, vases, lamps, floor rugs, premium faux stems and flowers and cushions all specifically picked and styled to suit your property.
Electrical appliances
All electrical appliances can be quoted and sourced to keep your tenants and guests happy. From vacuums to toasters, irons to TVs, we can provide competitive quotes for the delivery and installation of all your electronic goods (and whitegoods) needs.
All equipment can also be tagged and tested for ongoing compliance by a certified and qualified technician.
